All services provided, including credit analysis, bookkeeping, and business formation, involve time, expertise, and administrative effort.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Because results depend on individual circumstances and external factors, we do not guarantee specific results. Therefore, refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Service not yet started
  • Billing error

All approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services; however:

  • Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
  • Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
